The House passed SB 424, which would allow brewers to sell what they make at their breweries — something wineries have enjoyed doing for years. It is now headed to the governor for her to sign into law. The current effective date is Nov. 1 because the emergency clause failed. The clause would have made it law July 1 (with the governor’s signature).
